We’re excited to welcome the next cohort of our Apprenticeship Programme, starting 3rd September 2026. We are recruiting for Apprentice Quantity Surveyors in the Building Safety division – Kent.
Your Role
You’ll work in our Commercial team and learn to:
- Manage sub-contractors
- Buy materials when required
- Prepare and monitor site costs
- Contribute to various meetings
- Price customer extras and liaise with the sales department as necessary

Your Package
- Starting Salary: £22,000. Increases will be awarded from 6 months in line with performance milestones.

What We’re Looking For
- 96 UCAS tariff points from any combination of Level 3 qualifications.
- Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, such as GCSE Grade 4/C, or above.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You will therefore be asked to complete an eligibility check during the recruitment process

About the Apprenticeship
Qualification
- Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician, then enrolled onto the Level 6 Construction Quantity Surveyor degree apprenticeship
Training
Your training will be delivered by Teesside University. This will be delivered on a block release model where you will be on campus, typically, up to three times per semester, with the remainder delivered via weekly online sessions. Teesside University campus is located: Teesside University, Southfield Rd, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BX. Travel and accommodation will be provided by Bellway.
